Hollie Gray III | Head Women's Soccer Coach/Assistant Director of Compliance

Grey was named head coach of women's soccer Feb. 25, 2021. The 2023 season will be his fourth year as head coach. 

Grey was a 2015 Graduate of Luther College. He coached the North during the 2021 COVID shortened spring season. Grey returned to Luther after serving three years as the assistant coach for the Boys U19 soccer team at Shattuck-St. Mary's School in Faribault, Minnesota, where he played his high school career from 2008-11. 

While at Luther, he made 56 appearances that included 53 starts as a defender and was named all-conference and third team All-North Region. He  helped lead the Norse to a three year record of 41-15-4, a conference championship in 2013 and a NCAA III National Tournament appearance that same year. Following his playing days at Luther, Gray III was an assistant coach for the men's soccer team for three years.

Ryan Nichols | Assistant Soccer Coach

Ryan Nichols joined the Luther College soccer staff in 2022. This will be his first season with the Norse.
